The Jim Jones Revue: It’s Gotta Be About Me, il nuovo singolo

Il primo ottobre 2012 sarà pubblicato dalla Play It Again Sam It’s Gotta Be About Me, il nuovo singolo di The Jim Jones Revue, in download ed in vinile sette pollici: un assaggio del prossimo album della band, "The Savage Heart", che uscirà il 15 ottobre 2012. It’s Gotta Be About Me è la rumorosa song d'apertura del nuovo lavoro, prodotta da Jim Sclavunos (Grinderman/Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds), missata da Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys/DJ Shadow) ed avrà come B-side Rompah Stompah, registrata a The Chapel in Lincolnshire e missata da Edwyn Collins ai West Heath Yard Studios di Londra, non presente sull'album e dagli accenti glam. Nota per i suoi shows  infuocati The Jim Jones Revue è stata descritta da MOJO 'la più grande band rock'n'roll band del mondo in questo momento'. Per supportare il nuovo album Savage Heart il gruppo farà in ottobre un tour in Inghilterra. (P.W.B.)
